ACCOUNT
MANAGER
- Assist the team leader in communicating with clients and providing strategic plans to clients.
- Work with the technical and creative teams to develop project plans and ensure project feasibility.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with the design and technical teams and other suppliers to ensure the successful execution of the project and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Be able to solve problems and handle special requirements from clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing offline event projects.
- Has good industry resources and relationships with senior executives.
- Has excellent event planning skills, creative ideas, and the ability to independently complete the planning, proposal, and coordination of large offline events.
- Is skilled at industry market research and analysis, with keen market insight and meticulous logical thinking.
- Has excellent spoken and written English.
ACCOUNT
EXECUTIVE
- Assist team leader in planning and implementing activities.
- Assist and coordinate design team, support team and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist team leader to complete assigned tasks such as preparation of event program, material and venue procurement, internal documentation and other special tasks.
- Be able to independently appoint at least one functional module at the event site and be an effective executive member to ensure the successful completion of the event.
- 1-3 years experience in clients communication, with more experience in event project execution.
- Ability to manage the event site and proactively solve problems.
- Understand the activity execution process, familiar with the design, production and personnel control process.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
PRODUCTION
MANAGER
-Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations for all production stages and on-site execution.
- Plan and manage on-site execution and material transportation.
- Recommend methods of construction and assembly; materials and equipment; and suppliers and partners.
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and production suppliers to plan, work, and coordinate detailed production processes.
- Implement, oversee, and manage all on-site setup execution.
- Provide production costs to the project management team and manage the production budget.
- Evaluate the performance and product delivery process of suppliers and partners.
- On-site, be responsible for all production and ensure that every project is presented perfectly.
- Have extensive project management experience in organizing exhibitions, events, and conferences, etc.

DIRECTOR
- Accurately grasp the requirements of clients, be well acquainted with the textual tone of the brand in charge, and be capable of incorporating the clients' demands into creative concepts.

PLANNER

- Responsible for coordinating the proposal and planning of BU department, participating in the creation and discussion, and cooperating with the execution of relevant documents.
- Responsible for the discussion of various activities and creative ideas of clients, as well as the implementation of copywriting creative projects.
- Able to express creative ideas through a variety of materials, and smooth creation and interpretation.
- Able to control the overall direction of creative content and have excellent command of text.
- Linguistics\ Advertising\ Journalism or related majors; Non-related professional but love advertising creativity and ability of strong enough.
- More than 5 years working experience in related industry.
- Excellent writing. Vigorous creative passion and rich creative ability. Strong language skills, good communication skills, good collaborative spirit, able to adapt to greater pressure, able to quickly analyze customer needs, strong mobility and subjective initiative.

DESIGNER
- Independently designed various commercial offline promotion activities.
- Able to accurately analyze and understand the requirements and direction of the design project.
- Have independent design ideas and performance ability.
- Have a certain understanding of production materials, control costs, and complete construction drawings.
- At least 5 years experience in offline promotion design industry.
- Have good creative ideas, dynamic thinking, reasonable sense of space; Keen insight and ability to act.
- Proficient in 3Dmax, V-Ray, CAD and other design software.
- With excellent design ability and good taste, can extend creativity and make design drafts according to customer requirements.
- Experience in offline roadshows, channels, public relations, pop-up stores and other promotion activities for alcohol, luxury goods and FMCG brands is preferred.
- Have a certain ability to work under pressure, learning ability, adaptability.
